The Faculty of Social Sciences of Naresuan University had the new year celebration tradition with the theme, the city of Green. This campaign aims to help students, teachers and the general public to conserve the environment. Activities during this event were the talk on “Inspiration in songwriting using the ‘3 Re Rule’ (Reduce Reuse Recycle)” by Mr. Manatsawin Nantasen or Tik Shiro, one of Thailand’s famous artists and a 3R ambassador, Thai cloth dress style fashion show, costume contest from sets made from waste materials or natural materials, cover dances and live music. The Exchanging of New Year’s gifts was led by Professor Dr. Jirawat Phirasan, Vice President of Naresuan University. He also invited everyone to come and join the New Year’s Eve festival to welcome the New Year 2020. Participating during this joyous event were the academic and support personnel, students from the Faculty of Social Sciences and friends at the Freedom Park, Faculty of Social Sciences, Naresuan University.
